Speed Day

Walked 3 miles with my wife.( 3 miles at a 15:52 / pace) then went out for my speed work.

13 minutes @ a 8:01 / pace plus a short warm up and cool down.

Total for the run was 3.43 miles @ a 9:42 overall pace.

Speed work

This is my first post on this blog. As you can see this blog is going to be a work in progress.
Bright and sunny day here in Alabama.(sunny and 61 degrees)
Started off at a 10:30 pace for 11 minutes and then held a 8:09 pace for 12 minutes.Finished off the run with a 11 minute cool down at a 10:45 pace.
